The extension created a large kitchen-diner, master bedroom, with en-suite, and house bathroom.

 

The stone from the existing gable end was carefully removed in order to re-use in the front and rear elevations. This creates a perfect match as shown in the picture.

7 Windle Lane is a semi-detached house that required complete renovation. Side and rear extensions were added to enable a large kitchen-diner to be created downstairs, with the lounge being re-housed in the extension. Two bedrooms were created upstairs, one with en-suite.

North View was an end terrace that benefited from a large two-storey extension. The extension created a new lounge enabling the old lounge to become part of a large kitchen-diner. A sun room was also built at the rear of the property. On the first floor the extension created a larger house bathroom and master bedroom with ensuite.
