This page illustrates the property once the work was complete.
The groundfloor extension to the rear of the property created a utility room and increased the size of the kitchen. The side extension created an impressive lounge on the ground floor, with two bedrooms and an en-suite on the first floor.
Land, purchased from the farmer, enabled the creation of a garden and driveway. A patio area provided an ideal resting place to enjoy the views and the dry stone wall built out of reclaimed natural stone provided a complimentary boundary.
The kitchen-diner covered the full length of the house enabling views from the front and rear of the property. A restored beam was installed as a feature as well as the required support.
