Woodside Cottage, Cononley was a period cottage with origins dating back to the early 18th Century. The cottage did not have any bathrooms, sanitation or electricity and Wade Construction managed the project from start to finish.

Malkin Tower, Barrowford

Malkin Tower was originally a farm and the barns were converted into two holiday cottages. More than fifty per cent of the structure had to be taken down and rebuilt including the complete roof.

Borrowdale, Baxter Wood, Crosshills

Borrowdale was originally a bungalow with a garage underneath. The garage was converted into a double bedroom with ensuite. Extensive excavation was then carried out under the remainder of the house to create a new entranceway and utility room. A staircase was then installed providing access to the lounge from the new downstairs. This created a three bedroom house.
